高校 Model United Nations（模擬国連）Ujiに本校高校より6名が参加しました

　2020年12月14日から16日まで、本校高校生6名がModel United Nations（MUN）Uji（今年度はオンライン開催）に参加しました。
　6名の参加者は各国の大使になりきり、国連の会議を模しての事前準備から当日の議論やスピーチまで、活発に取り組みました。
　英語での模擬国連の様子を、今回は、英語レポートでお伝えします！

From December 14th-16th, 2020, 6 students from Ritsumeikan Moriyama participated in the first Model United Nations event hosted by Ritsumeikan Uji. After much preparation, the students were able to identify the needs of their individual countries and write proposals to the theme of the “Preservation of Life.” The MUN brought students together to discuss the importance of keeping and preserving life throughout the world by creating solutions to solve a wide range of issues. Member delegates debated about approaches to provide support to different forms and areas related to life on land, water, and human health. These six girls had a wonderful time representing Nepal, Singapore, and Colombia in the MUN, and came up with amazing solutions for these world issues. We hope more students will be able to participate in MUN in the future!
